Faith Victory Church was pioneered in 1990 by Pastor Mark Owings and his wife, Dona. The church is an affiliate of Rhema Bible Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma where Pastor Mark graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in May of that year. He also graduated from Olivet Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary where he earned a Masters of Divinity.
The pastors and congregation of Faith Victory Church have a confident vision of compassionate faith and outreach for reaching Columbus and the surrounding communities with the love of Christ.
